Our customer, T.M. was dissatisfied with Chase and their unwillingness to re-open a phone discussion about the mortgage circumstances that left T.M. needing to cancel and be refunded fully only 3 hours later.  In all cases PACOR will give a FULL REFUND up to 3 days after the loan application has been paid. The loan application at Chase is 750.00 while ours is 350.00.

Dear Joel, (JP Morgan Chase LO)

Per our conversation at approximately 6 p.m. on 2/19/2010, I requested to cancel the Loan Application and a refund of the $750.00 application fee, due to circumstances beyond my control, I can not move forward with this loan application. You told me that you would not refund the application fee of $750 so I told you I would make some calls to see if there was anything I could do and after making these calls it is impossible for me to move ahead with this loan. I was not aware of the circumstances that only came to light after I was done speaking to you regarding the loan application at approximately 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. It was only after I got off the phone with you that I was made aware of the problem that does not allow me to move forward with this loan/refinance. I tried to call you back  at approximately 6:55 p.m. to discuss the fact that I cannot move forward with this loan, I got your voicemail and I left a message requesting you to cancel the loan application and once again for a refund of the application fee, also I am filing a dispute with the credit card company regarding the fee as it has only been approximately 3 hours and I could not contact you in person at 6:55 p.m., please confirm no other action has been taken with this application, your understanding would be greatly appreciated.
